You can test the temperature by placing a couple of drops on your wrist. Once you have a comfortable temperature, add the additives that your doctor recommended to add to the water.
  • Now, step into the bathtub and soak your anal area for 15 to 20 minutes in the water. You can bend your knees or, if possible, keep your legs outside the water.
  • When you are finished, gently dry your skin with a clean cotton towel. Avoid rubbing or scratching the anal area, as this may cause pain and discomfort.
  • After taking a sitz bath, make sure to clean the bathtub or the plastic kit.

2. Triphala Guggul
