    • For 8-12 years: 10-15 ml once or twice a day diluted with water
    • For 12-18 years: 15 ml once or twice a day diluted with water

Frequency of dose: Abhayarishta should be taken twice a day & diluted with an equal quantity of water, preferably after meals with an equal amount of water. The effective therapeutic dosage varies from person to person depending upon the age, severity and condition of the patient.

How to Use Abhayarishta

The Abhayarishta is a polyherbal fermented medicine composed with a motive to basically span around digestive issues to benefit overall health.

  1. To get relief from constipation within maximum 2 weeks from its root cause, combine clarified butter or ½ tsp cow’s ghee with ¼ tsp almond oil, and ½ cup milk and drink this mixture 30 minutes before taking the prescribed dose of Abhayarishta syrup, preferably before meals diluted with lukewarm water.
  2. In the case of mucilaginous sticky stools, take Abhayarishta diluted with lukewarm water after meals preferably in the evening hours.
