  4. As a Herbal Tea: The Triphala Churna can be used to make a herbal tea by adding ½ tsp of Churna to a cup of water. Boil & strain it. Stir well add honey (optional) and drink this tea 2-3 times a day.
  5. To treat piles: Mix Triphala Churna with honey and lemon juice. Take this mixture with water before meals. or take Triphala in the form of capsule and tablet available online or at the pharmacy.
  6. For oral health: Soak 2 tbsp of Triphala Churna in normal water overnight. Use this water the next morning for oral rinsing as a dental care method.
  7. For eyes health: Triphala is also used to wash the eye in case of conjunctivitis, dry eyes, eye inflammation and eye strain.
  8. For Anti-inflammatory action: Apply the paste of Triphala Churna topically to the skin to speed up the healing of bruises and sunburns.
