  5. To treat piles: Mix Triphala Churna with honey and lemon juice. Take this mixture with water before meals. or take Triphala in the form of capsule and tablet available online or at the pharmacy.
  6. For oral health: Soak 2 tbsp of Triphala Churna in normal water overnight. Use this water the next morning for oral rinsing as a dental care method.
